Questions
When do gates open?
14:00 on Friday, 12:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The Main Stage starts at 17:30.
How do I get there?
Shuttle buses run every 15 minutes from Brisa station from 12:00 until the last set ends. Parking is limited and must be booked.
Can I camp?
Yes. The campsite opens Thursday at 16:00 and closes Monday at 12:00. Add camping to a weekend ticket for €35.
Is the site accessible?
Step-free paths to every stage, a raised viewing platform at the Main Stage, accessible toilets and a free carer ticket. Email us before you come.
What can I bring?
Empty refillable bottles, sunscreen, a small bag. No glass, no camping gas, no drones.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets can be resold through the official exchange until 1 June. Refunds only if the festival is cancelled.
